I want to thank your operative for his professional and efficient service. We are a children and families service and the building is often busy and filled with children of different ages and their families. Your operative was sensitive to the demands of our staff and service users. He communicated clearly and sought approval at each stage of the work. He left the rooms tidy and clean, disposing of his waste materials appropriately. His timekeeping was good and he worked hard despite interruptions from staff and was helpful and accommodating in their requests. His polite and professional manner was commented on by all staff he came into contact with and we would like to thank him for a job well done .

Trust Project Manager

We had an emergency on the Birth Centre this morning.  Electrical works for new cabling had already commenced in the corridor.  As the Delivery Suite Team and Neonatal Team rushed down the corridors, your engineer ensured that the corridor was cleared to allow safe access with equipment.  He even supported myself moving the emergency Transfer bed to outside the room. He stood the team down, without complaint, until I had advised him that he was now OK to continue, which was really helpful and is much appreciated by the clinicians.

 I am just writing to you to compliment the great work your Project Manager has recently supported me on for the electrical install to a COVID 19 swabbing station.

The job was a rush and emergency and the routes we had to take to get power changed about 3 times but your engineer was really accommodating, responsive and supportive of the situation in getting the job mobilised and delivered.
