Recruitment & Selection Principles

Our relevant job descriptions contain the essential and desirable knowledge, qualifications, skills and experience criteria for the job. These criteria are assessed in the selection process.

There are three main assessment processes;

• Review and assessment of information from CVs and application forms, by the Management Team.
• Interviews, shortlisted from the initial application stage.
• Practical/written test/second interview (where applicable).
