Project Summary -
Installation of new 110V specialist vehicle charging units at a newly built ambulance station in Lichfield, including Specialist 110V vehicle charging units complete with “auto-eject” facility (for charging the 110V medical equipment in the rear of the ambulance), Specialist 110V Distribution systems, Sub-mains Installation (SWA Cables), Distribution Boards (MCB Distribution Boards), Medium Duty Galvanised Traywork and support bracketry, Civils Works (Cable Trenching/Concrete bases).
The project incorporated the following works -
- Stripping Out and Modifications of Existing Services.
- New Distribution and Switchgear to suit.
- Lighting.
- Small Power.
- All Associated Containment.
- All Electrical Works Tested and Results Recorded.
All installed items meet the following standards -
- BS 7671:2008 (amendment 1:2011)
- BS EN 61439
- BS 5424 (Parts 2 & 3)
- BS 7430
R.D. Jukes & Co. Ltd. worked closely with the services Design Consultant and Principal Contractor to deliver this project for West Midlands Ambulance Service.
