Our Team
Company Directors
The Directors have collective, overall and ultimate
responsibility and authority, for quality, environmental &
safety performance and profitability within the company. They
are collectively responsible for the effective management of
resources and running of the business, including the overseeing
of all activities such as; estimating, sales, purchasing,
project management, financial and site installations.
Managing Director
The Managing Director has overall responsibility and authority
for performance and profitability. Final decisions with regard
to QUENSH systems development, business strategy, estimating and
site installation activities are his. He has overall
responsibility for the health & safety at work of all employees,
contractors, visitors and those persons affected by the
company's activities. He will ensure that there are effective
QUENSH policies within the company and that they are understood
at all levels, with sufficient resources to ensure effective
implementation. As the NICEIC Qualifying Manager, he will ensure
that all works carried out fully comply with NICEIC
requirements.
Company Secretary
The Company Secretary is responsible for the effective
management of the company accounts system. This also involves
regularly monitoring and preparing reports for submission to the
Managing Director.
HR / QMR Director
HR responsibilities include general personnel and
administration, ensuring that all personnel files are
maintained, that training needs are regularly reviewed,
implemented accordingly and reporting any findings to Company
Directors. She is also the nominated Quality, Environmental &
Safety Management representative. She will, assisted by
management and staff, ensure that environmental aspects and
health & safety risk assessments are completed in line with
relevant legislation and other requirements, and that employees
are aware of the impacts/hazards associated with their work and
that they are provided with, and instructed in the use of and
utilise safety clothing and equipment.
Accounts Director
Responsibilities include the day to day administrative function
of R.D. Jukes & Co. Ltd. working in liaison with the Company
Directors, to ensure the effective running and general
supervision of administration staff and procedures. Managing the
generation of sales enquiries and the submission of outgoing and
incoming quotations, production of purchase orders to individual
suppliers or sub-contractors and overseeing effective payment of
wages, sub-contractors and suppliers.
Contracts Manager
The Contracts Manager is responsible for the effective
processing of enquiries, sales, contract administration and
customer liaison. He will oversee the activities of the Project
Managers to ensure the effective utilisation of site labour,
plant and materials in compliance with specifications and
Clients' requirements, reporting as necessary to the Managing
Director. As the NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor, he will ensure
that all works carried out fully comply with NICEIC
requirements.
